1. Services
KOZAK provides romantic marriage proposal planning services in Paris, including but not limited to:
- Decoration setup and dismantling
- Professional photography
- Coordination and planning
- Equipment rental
2. Booking and Payment
All bookings require a deposit to confirm your date. Full payment details will be provided upon inquiry. Prices are subject to change without notice.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event receive a full refund
- Cancellations 7-13 days before incur a 50% fee
- Cancellations less than 7 days before are non-refundable

4. Weather and Force Majeure
In case of adverse weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, we will work with you to reschedule your event at no additional cost.
5. Photography Rights
Unless otherwise agreed, KOZAK retains the right to use photos from your event for promotional purposes. Please inform us if you prefer your photos to remain private.
6. Liability
KOZAK is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss that may occur during your event. Participants are responsible for their own safety and belongings.
